2019/04/11 Tested: No Red, otherwise fine.
2019/04/25 Repaired: Not really repaired? but it is working now. I found when probing with a scope that touching the red clamp capacitor restores red in the picture. I replaced a lot of the capacitors and it had no affect. I soldered a 10 Meg resistor across the red clamp capacitor to simulate the scope probe being always connected.
